It demands any conversation on “racism” is on the Marxist prescribed BLM agenda that demands all racism is “systemic racism”, which is not the result of any empirical evidence study, just an academic theory that was born whole and out of whole cloth, as if by “revelation”. The loyalty being demanded is not about “ending racism” but merely “yes I subscribe to the theory of ‘systemic racism’ “.
Ask Conservative blacks like Carol Miller Swain and Thomas Sowell (and others) if THEY subscribe to that theory?
And it will soon be clear that “systemic racism” is the new name for Capitalism.
“Systemic racism”, “disparate impact”, etc, are just ways to pretend racism is still a real problem when we can no longer find any evidence for it.
