Generally, atmospheric temperatures on Jupiter are around 1,700 degrees F (around 930 degrees C), with the exception of areas above the planets poles, which are heated by auroras. Above the Great Red Spot, however, the atmosphere is about 2,420 degrees F (about 1,330 degrees C), ODonoghue said.

One would hypothesize that, being MUCH more distant from the Sun than Earth, Jupiter’s effective temperature would be cooler not hotter. I wonder what the temperature is at night!??
Those Jupiterians and their big SUV’s REALLY screwed up their planet with global warming
