I get the impression those are JTTF folks - it’s a cohesive unit but seems to have different reps. They are really smooth. It was considered at the time the National Guard was announced at the same time as JTTF deployments. The National Guard in uniform with guns etc. drew all the attention while the JTTF teams operated behind the scenes. That incident did not happen without purpose nor in isolation ... IMO there has been similar things happening all over for a week+ now.
