I’m one of those “why don’t we just nuke the commie bastards” people, but I reluctantly realize that it’s a trap. There are ways to weaken their stance, I’m sure. Non-violent ways.
Still wondering how a people could allow this to happen to their own city. Around here, everyone’s armed and would certainly go full militia on the Antifa SOBs. Which is probably why they’re in Seattle and not here.
Seattle is a beautiful city easily rivaling San Francisco in the day it was admired.
Where this situation is happening in Seattle is near Seattle Central College in the district known as Capitol Hill. It’s where young college kids meet LGBTQ culture, lots of apartments crammed with students.
So there is no armed response threat in that section. And the East Precinct Police have disbanded likely under the Mayor’s whispered order.
But the next move is to head east and north into the family neighborhoods which are beautiful old tree lined streets with Craftsman and Victorian homes that are today quite pricey.
I imagine, actually I would bet that Antifa managers are having a script written for them as to how to create outrage in these neighborhoods.
