Wallace Mohammed took over after death of his dad. Elijah Mohammed...changed his name and moved the group to be more like traditional sunni muslim ( CALLED himself an IMAM instead of chief minister) there was a rift and it was Louis Farakahn who I think took a splinter group off to be more like the NOI under Malcolm X...I don’t know if there are still two groups or what...but NOI is anti semitic, homophobic, and anti white.
