I am open on a bunch of possibilities but what I've seen + understood now is that it was a dummy they put on the stretcher ... it never seemed right. I think one paramedic even takes one hand off the stretcher at one point as they supposedly handle the 6'6" with ease. The connections are all very interesting involving everyone from Floyd's working with Chauvin to his/their boss to the Mayor ... with all these other things in the picture. I'm curious - what is the 2nd floor of the "Cup Foods" store used for? It's a 2 story building and windows all around the 2nd floor.
