Judge Henderson just asked a question right at the very end, that gives me some hope.
She made the point that if there was any hanky panky, which is what Judge Sullivan says he wants to investigate NOW, that it occurred early in the case - with the withholding of the exculpatory evidence. There is no reason at this point to look for any additional bad faith by the prosecution since they are dropping the case. (My interpretation of what she said.)
With her and Judge Rao, who I think is willing to get this over with, they may be able to put this over the line. Wilkins is a total lost cause.
