Yeah, the part I loved about this report is where it said (in effect): "we have actionable evidence... but we find it preferable to wait until we have had time to infiltrate."
No. The time has come to dox these bastards, arrest them, try them and imprison them. Otherwise, they and their ilk will assume they'll always remain anonymous.
