It is clear that immediate action must be taken to reform the police, given that inaction in the last half century has allowed racist and brutal measures to stand.

Objection: Assuming facts not in evidence.

The only police departments needing reform are all in cities run by progressives. The rest of the country seems to be doing fine. Strange how that is.
