Have you tried to talk rationally to a leftist/liberal/progressive lately, about anything? They don’t have the capacity for rational thought. Decades of liberal indoctrination have destroyed their ability to think logically. They can only emote, and their emotions drive them in everything they do.
No matter the subject, if you even gently suggest any deviation from their programming they will fly into an unhinged rage. They cannot even conceive of the existence of opinions that differ from theirs. That type of person, and there are now millions of them, is not someone with whom you can reach reasoned solutions to issues.
Just as with cult members, these people are lost souls, incapable of being reached, unless and until they are shocked back to reality. That is the only slim sliver of hope that remains, that if things get bad enough and the consequences hit home for leftists personally, that at least some of them will start to wake up. I think this is starting to happen within the larger black community, judging by the poll released a couple of days ago showing 40% African American support for Trump. If true, that is a political earthquake. In fact, I have more hope for black liberals turning than for white liberals, because black liberals have to live every day, in a graphic way, with the consequences of liberalism, and I think many have had enough.
The white population of SA was around 10%. Rhodesia was much less. That’s why farms aren’t going to be given up.

First, the government offers easement programs. These limit resale and future financing, but offer tax breaks.
Then, neighbors move in and organize more easements-for-tax-breaks. These are private groups, like Mississippi Conservancy, that inherit upon death. Good for those with no heirs. This lowers tax base and everyone else’s taxes increase.
Almost all the easements prohibit or severely limit farming. They are currently popular/pushed along waterways.
Heirs just want to liquidate, for the most part. New people move in, who have no ties to the land or area.
I’m 77 and in WI. The area I’ve lived for 45 years is trending this way. Our buyers want to preserve the land, which is hills unsuitable for most farming. After them, who knows? Landowners down the road have 250 acres purchased about 10 years ago. They are leaving because they did not find the *community* they sought. They are asking $1M with proviso of no farming. Realtors tell us of large parcel sellers who are rude and insulting to any buyers who want to do anything with the land except permaculture/biodynamics.
I know families where the now-passed generation accumulated and tended large acreages in IA. This land went into a trust for the grandchildren, who simply want all their money right now (30 & 40-year-olds). Their parents are in their 70s. Kids will liquidate ASAP after parents pass on. Kids & parents are big libs, even if parents understand economics better. One of the parents is himself a farmer, 200 acres, barns, outbuildings, an expensive combine. Divorced, estranged from the kids. He’ll sell out at some point, knowing it will otherwise all go to the kids who will sell for whatever they can get. One has a horse hobby that burns money, one will support current owner’s ex-wife (no love lost), one is affluent & 1/2 minority, one is a truck driver in Minneapolis married to a minority. All told, this is about 750 acres of well-tended farmland in WI & IA that will be lost to conservative production within another 20 years.
Watch as incentives are rolled out and people age out of farming, leave no farmer heirs and the original family is soon gone, one way or another.
It will happen. But the land will end up with the government and private conservation groups, not minorities who could care about farming or land and just want the money. The conservancy groups usually sell to government, so far. Over 30-40 years, most of the farmland will be out of private hands.
Want an extreme case? Elderly woman with a long-standing grudge against her neighbors and 200 acres of land divided into forest and pasture, only some suitable for farming, but suitable for livestock (she kept sheep). Independently wealthy, hasn’t worked in 50 years, no heirs, no family, few friends. Is planning on leaving it all to a notorious Chicago street gang (most in prison) in order to give a final finger to the neighbors. The gang will likely designate a minority politician/lawyer as executor/manager.
They don’t want to work that hard. In Rhodesia, they figured they’d just take over from the white owners and let the workers work for them (omitting the pay and supervision previously provided by the white owners.) Here, farmers have to do the work except for the huge corporate operations.

When you post on a public forum, you get replies. Not just the ones you like. That’s how it has always worked. If you can’t deal with that, then perhaps you should find something else to do.
Can you give me a link on that? Just looked at their website. They arisen all kinds of horrible things such as breaking up the traditional family, Call each other comrades, glorifies fighting all the typical isms. but didn’t see communism directly referenced. Wanted to have it to show someone who thinks it’s just conspiracy theories. Thank you for any other info.
Sorry, but people who believe that gender is subject to the whims of imagination, while sexual attraction is fixed at birth and immutable, who think that we can literally have everything for free, and who now are actually demanding to disband all police departments, are delusional fools who have zero capacity for rational, logical thought. These people will only agree to “discuss” issues with you in order to try to purge your mind of “unacceptable” thoughts. The moment you even slightly disagree with their ingrained orthodoxy they will stare in shock at you like you are an alien from another planet, and any actual conversation will come to an abrupt end. All cult members are brainwashed to avoid and dismiss any opinion from outside the cult.
As for the issue of the day, no matter how many protest marches they have, or how many diversity officers companies hire, or how many other ways the rest of the world tries to demonstrate “repentance” for the “sin of racism”, one simple fact remains: There is no “systemic” racism in America. And it’s not even difficult to prove this.
If racism were actually, as claimed, ingrained into American culture and therefore “systemic”, where a black person just can’t get ahead in life no matter how hard they try because of it, then one would expect that black immigrants from Africa would experience this racist treatment even more than do native-born black Americans. Consider that they not only would experience the same racist “oppression” because of their skin color, but presumably would have the additional disadvantages of possessing, on average, even darker skin as well as speaking with a foreign accent, both of which should be like red flags to a bull for all the evil racists and racist institutions.
Yet, miraculously what we find in reality is that African immigrants excel in America, succeeding financially and otherwise to a far higher level than do native-born blacks. They have much higher incomes, start more businesses, possess more college degrees including advanced degrees, and amazingly they have far fewer interactions with police. And most importantly of all, they keep coming to this “racist” country in droves. I guess someone just forgot to tell them that they couldn’t succeed here, would be oppressed by racism at every turn, and heck, would probably be killed within moments of arriving by the “racist” cops. Or gee, maybe it’s because they try to live like responsible people and don’t foolishly waste their lives blaming all of their problems on someone else. Just a crazy thought.
The plight that haunts inner city black America is totally self-inflicted. It is absurd to continue blaming imaginary racism for it, and unless and until inner city blacks start to address this honestly, and stop allowing white liberals and international Marxist organizations like Black Lives Matter to exploit them, these problems will never improve.
