This was filmed/photographed in front of the National Archives in D.C. which has has two statues, One says (pictured) "Study the Past". This is where the photo and video was done. The other says "what is past is prologue" Merriam-Webster tell us "The saying "The past is prologue" tells us that, in real life, almost everything can be a prologue to what follows it."
