We share similar thoughts when it comes to how God's creation (our Universe) developed (not "evolved").

The chaos theory folks are close, with their probabilistic event chain of events -- from the "flick of a "butterfly's wing" in, say, Zanzibar -- to a specific hurricane in DC.

Or -- from a targeted, perfectly timed cosmic particle causing subatomic upset in a specific chromosome in a specific cell -- to a new species.

Apparently we agree on Who takes action at those "inflection points"...
