A job is a job. It’s not worth sacrificing unless you already have something else lined up.
I work in high tech and the company is mostly young and liberal. I keep my mouth shut. If someone makes a Trump joke I laugh and resist the urge to punch them in the throat.
Money is money. I choose my battles wisely.

We are quickly morphing into East Germany in many places, especially where a lot of young people are employed. Many will think nothing of getting back at you for your reactionary ideas or turning you in to HR for some imagined grievance.
