I think the cops should just say “The police department came up with a great solution to save money, and that is that we will no longer patrol, respond or arrest anyone in black neighborhoods.... until the black community begs us to come back, Oh and by the way, fire departments and paramedics will not enter into hot zones, so enjoy policing yourselve, putting out your own fires and driving yourselves to hospitals! Meanwhile we will still due our duty to patrol and protect everyone else.”

The real demand is for the police to not protect non-blacks from black crime, while protecting blacks from vigilante justice.
