I actually think you are right, though she will have some felony rap. There WILL be one hell of a lot of arrests, whether by still-constitutional-following police chiefs, or in some (most?) cases, prodded by Barr and the DOJ for federal charges.
Normally, I’m a local law enforcement and prosecution person, but this was a nationwide attack on our country, so federal rules apply. Hopefully, they’ll arrest a bunch of these snowflakes and get some of them to squeal higher up the rats nest until they can expose some REAL rotten meat.
