I don't even own a facemask nor do I intend to. So far I've only had one store (a drug store) were an employee was standing at the front door telling people they had to have a face mask to enter. I went out to make truck, got an old bandanna, put it over my face and walked in. Then promptly removed it. Hey they said I had to wear a face mask to enter, not that I had to wear it while shopping.

I am in a big city, so when I see a sign stating I had wear a mask, I turned around, and went to another store. One restaurant, Smashburger, REQUESTED masks, and had a stack of disposables. I ignored the request and the stack, and order my meal. I think that is a CYA thing for the business. So far I have not had to play Kabuki theatre, I save that for airports.

I have only acquiesced to wearing a mask in one instance. I had to have cataract surgery and it was required if I wanted to get the surgery.

I refuse to get a haircut until I can go into the salon where I normally go and not be asked or told to wear a mask. I don’t like to see old men with ponytails but I will be one if that’s what it takes. I’m well on my way unfortunately LOL
