The eugenics bandwagon is always a slippery slope to all sorts of evils: exterminating the handicapped and mentally deficient, and/or the elderly, and/or hated minorities. Be it in the form of abortion or forced sterilization or euthanasia, or just outright murder. Such people do not have God or a moral code to tell them it is wrong.
