So once it’s revealed that the military will be in control on election day, it’s up to us anons to make sure the normies pay attention to what happens after election day. The proofs will verify Q. Certain predictions will come true, and the public needs to understand them for the proofs they are beforehand. (e.g. Q telling us Hillary is begin detained not arrested yet, Podesta being arrested, Obama claiming Kenyan citizenship to avoid arrest, etc.) When these things start happening, the normies need to already be aware that Q predicted them - this will confirm Q to the masses.
