Saw Rudy on TV earlier and he was calling for the for charges to be changed from 3rd to 1st degree murder even before this came out.
He was adamant that if you could show asphyxiation it is 1st degree murder.
I saw that also.

Rudy is great.
Seems to be a difference of opinion
about the cause of death.
Looks to be a conflict over this as they proceed.
At least,that’s what I’m assuming.
