I saw one video someone made of a couple allegedly replacing plates with Wisconsin plates on a Mercedes. The new plates (including the plate’s complete tag ID) were shown in the video but the couple denied having changed the plates. The man had his face concealed but the attractive woman’s face was not masked. I can’t locate the video now but if anyone here remembers it and finds it maybe a Wisconsin FReeper can have the tag ID checked out.
I don’t have a link to the original video but I downloaded a copy because I thought it might disappear. The state is Minnesota and the plate number is: DRS-683
