Dairy milk, real milk, is okay, especially if it’s fermented. Almond “milk”, soy “milk”, and the other fakers are no good. Don’t believe the advertising or the hype. People have been eating milk and milk products for Thousands Of Years! Think About That.

We have been making our own kefir for decades. for 25 years from our own goats milk, the last 4 years with A2 cows milk. A short glass of kefir before bed keeps the gut in great shape.
