For a Presidential candidate; Joe Biden has some serious problems with behavior/thinking/speaking.
I believe the inappropriate sniffing and touching young girls, might be connected to losing his daughter at a young age (in truck accident with his first wife).
Not a psychologist, but his immature fetish needs treatment- not the highest elective office in this Christian Nation!!!!.
