"We live anarcho-tyranny. The state will not protect you from criminals and will imprison you for defending yourself." We do need a National Stand Your Ground law in times like this to protect the citizens from prosecution and civil lawsuits when they have to step up when the Government fails.

Exactly! And what you wrote means the terrorists are simply the ‘unattributed’ army of the government while the police are the recognized army of the government.
