Authorities have not explained why he was booked in a jail located other than in the county where he was charged

Guess the bloodthirsty ones want the guy to be held in his victims house.

'They' will probably gripe if it is revealed he is under suicide watch and in a separate cell.

I would imagine the trials will be held away from the M/StP area also.
