That is my opinion as well. Who said Floyd passed a bad $20? Was that even confirmed?
I consider it “semi-confirmed” - meaning there is some basis in articles - but I’d like to hear/see the actual report in some detail. But note that it was first reported to have been “fraud”, then counterfeiting. When I heard “fraudulent document” I thought it sounded funny ... now that we hear it’s simple counterfeiting, WTH?
