I think that "all assets deployed" was Q talking about the derps' deploying all their assets.

And I don't know who is 'giddy' about a victory already won. Not me, that's for sure. Victory still hangs in the balance.

We each fight in our own way, until we are forced to fight for real. And that day may still come. In the meantime, we must live our lives, work, and make this country function.

The people are rising. And there is more rising yet to come, should the derps force our hand.

All derp assets are deployed. All of ours aren't. Not even close.

That's what I think.
