The MN governor in press conference overnight said the cartels are aligned with Antifa in the riots. He and their top public resources guy also said there were about 1000 serious terrorist types embedded into the mobs. They said they are finding IEDs and is very serious. The head of MN national guard said he agreed the MIL should send in the MPs
