Delete the app. Clear any cookies. Reinstall.

Its an app, just like any other. They are probably not going to fix it from their end.

Also, 99% of Netflix issues are a result of your internet. There are lots more people accessing internet on your system now (because they are home) so it might be putting a strain on your system. Test your download speed.

Asking for help on a forum like this is fine. Complaining about Netflix and how they don’t fix your problem is probably not as productive.

Take it upon yourself to think the issue through. Do a search on what is happening. 99% of the time you can figure it out. Its not rocket science. And its probably not Netflix’s fault.

Just to follow that up, try it on different devices. See if it works on your phone or tablet. See if it works on another TV.

I am thinking that “something” was recently updated. When my tablet updates, it means that I am probably going to have to reinstall some of my apps.

This is the life in an “app” world.
