Took me awhile to see the pattern. Kozak is not an actual person, but an NPC running a very limited routine.

You may be right. “He” (it) does one drive-by post a day, with identical format to prior posts, and then disappears. A formula or macro inserts the number of deaths. The bot probably stole the FR identity of the real Kozak to make mischief.
