A former Arizona teacher who was convicted of having sex with a 13-year-old student is divorcing her husband from prison after he stood by her side during the trial.
Brittany Zamora, 29, filed for divorce from her husband, Daniel Zamora, nearly one year after she was sentenced to 20 years behind bars.
In 2019, Brittany pleaded guilty to sexual conduct with a minor, public sexual indecency and molestation of a child while teaching at Las Brisas Elementary School in Goodyear.
Separate allegations accused the teacher of trying to groom another young boy by promising to send him naked photos of herself.

Wow. She has a large mouth. But I guess that... well, I suppose I don’t need to finish that thought. LOL!
Maybe he was waiting her out to avoid community property.
20 years is way too much time for this crime. The kid was not damaged.
The thing that always amazes me about these cases involving female teachers and teenage boys is that the teacher would think that a boy wouldn’t talk.

Bet it's pretty high....
20 Years? What kind of Legal System can have such varied degrees of Punishment?
She could have tried to kill the Kid and gotten the same Prison Sentence depending on the Judge.
My Wife loves watching Investigation Discovery. The severity of the Crimes committed versus the Punishment bestowed on the Perps is shocking.
One other thing, I personally think it’s different situation when we are talking about a Female Teacher and an underaged Male Student versus a Male Teacher and a Female Student, but I am also one of those People who think Males and Females are wired differently, obviously an archaic thought process.
Remember the old days when there were only two Sexes? I guess that’s a topic for another Thread.
Maybe you’re thinking of Diane Zamora who was a midship(man?) at the Naval Academy, who with her boyfriend who was a cadet at the Air Force Academy, murdered her romantic rival?
*shrug* That doesn't necessarily preclude sex with teacher...
Sal Zamora is head of the Border Patrol or some part of it. He gets interviewed a lot.
I have bruised knees
I was abused by laying...
...pavers.
She’s a dumb whore and he’s an uber cuck. This was the inevitable outcome.
11.
A labor of love....
20 years too severe for having sex with a 13 yr old? Are you kidding? Should get 20 more. What if it was a 13 yr old girl? Same thing? Too severe?
“A 13 year old boy would bang a snake if you held it’s head.”
A 13 year old boy would bang a rock pile if he thought a snake was in it.
....a deep seated need, not being met at home. Thats the ticket.
Or, to put it another way, I don’t see how an inexperienced 13 year old boy (or so I assume) could possibly satisfy her sexually. A 40 year old man, sure. But she went in the wrong direction.
I didn’t rate the appearance of anyone. And yes, there absolutely is a difference between a teacher saying yes to a boy who’s willing and eager and a man who drugs, rapes, and sodomizes a girl who’s screaming no.
They’re both doing something wrong and I fully support prosecution in both cases. But one deserves a few years and the other deserves to spend the rest of his life rotting in prison while every dime he ever made making films is handed over to his victim. The idea that we can’t distinguish different levels of wrongness is what’s bizarre. That’s like saying there’s no difference between somebody who gets drunk and hits his wife and somebody who goes on a shooting spree. Yes, they’re both wrong. Yes, they should both do some time. But one is clearly more wrong with more of an impact to the victims and society.
