I have caller ID on my (archaic) home phone - and also spam filter provided by comcast.
Lately, the only calls blocked with one ring are from RNC, numbers from area 212, etc - either the GOP calls are being blocked or they are spammers pretending...
either way, I need to find out what comcast is doing..
