Click POST at the top of the forum.
Step 1. Choose Forum. I always choose "General/Chat."
Step 2. Fill out the template (completed template shown below)
Title: Use exact title whenever possible to avoid having multiple versions on the forum all with slightly different titles.
Topics: I usually type "misc" (all lower case)
Key Words:: Key words are optional. You can add them later if you want. Maximum of 4 key words, can be posted in pairs but long word pairs will be "too long" (max characters is 20)
Author: If it's your writing or analysis featuring a video or other excerpt, then I would use "Vanity". If I am posting a video and write very little other than introduction, or just post a tweet or something like that, I use the name of the author or speaker etc. For articles etc., then the author's name is obvious.
Date Published: This is intended to be the date of the tweet, video, article etc. so peeps can decide if they want to read it (too old or not).

Source URL: For the thread you want to post, use the link to Twitter or the article, video so peeps can check it out for themselves. Must be the full link with the http:// etc. like this https://twitter.com/drewp1973/status/1267192271843266562
Step 3. Add any comment or text to post #1 if you want to
Step 4. "Post" is below after you review the thread content. Choose "edit" or back your browser up to make changes.
