No sit-ups for at least 14 days....no stomach punching contests for at least....ever....and no laughing right now - it will be uncomfortable...to remind you to go easy.

I thank all of you very much for your wonderful prayers and your words of comfort.
This is my third experience with this type of procedure, so I knew what to expect. But there is, of course, always some risk, and I am no spring chicken.
I must say, though, that this is the best I have ever felt recovering from a hernioplasty, and I credit the prayers of all of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Praise to our Lord Jesus Christ!
