The stress of high office is no doubt a factor.
In his case the stress of pretending he will be the next President is probably a factor.
As well as not knowing if members of his family, that he helped get in questionable well paying no show jobs, will get arrested.
Or, perhaps the fear that new pics of himself perving on little girls will surface.
It’s all very stressful.
Biden can give a rousing farewell speech at the Dems Convention. Then it gets thrown open, letting the hacks, blacks, thugs, LGBTQ contingent, teachers unions, party bosses choose the Dems nominees.
BTW i have become cynical enough to believe the sexual allegation,against Biden, from an adult women was a planned diversion away from his fondness for young girls.
The idea is/was..he can’t possibly be a pervert if he likes adult women?

It is even worse than that...her doctorate is in “education”. Her dissertation had to do with the retention of minority students in junior colleges. That’s some real earth-shaking, relevant research. I doubt if anyone ever read it...even her. Pathetic. Doctor??? Hahahaha.
