Sounds like you’re falling for this “SKY IS FALLING” narrative. Lots of people don’t even go to the hospital with this, and lots of them are fine in a few days, like any other RI.
So there is little reason to think HCQ or Rem or anything is really doing much. Some are badly affected by the disease but for many, it’s not much. You can’t prove a negative, and that’s what I’m seeing with much of these claims.
