I am blown away by this development that Judge Sully got himself one of those big K St. high price attorneys! Not surprised totally but blown away. He does need an attorney but the idea he couldn’t even begin to write his own brief ... again, not surprising, what he did is indefensible. But ... unbelievable! The WP article is soooooo slanted. Say that he’s gotten attorney to defend his decision to “investigate” whether there was improper conduct by Barr, etc., without mention of the brady violations, etc., etc.. I even wonder if the Appeals Court will even allow Wilkerson to appear since they didn’t invite Sullivan to get himself an attorney and, in the meanwhile, these ridiculous amici also filed their own brief which also wasn’t requested and, in the context of the case, being that the judge violated the law and established precedent including having amici insert themselves into such a case, the guy is a joke.
