my husband went hiking yesterday. There were 5 MDs in his group of 5. None of them wearing masks. He says about 80% of those on the trail outdoors in the foothills of the Colorado a rockies were wearing masks. The world has gone insane
What the heck??!!??!
I went hiking in the hills above Palo Alto yesterday. I noticed when I got about 3 miles into the hills and forest, nobody had a mask on. But when I hiked down another way and got closer to my car, there were more and more masks. I think I see a correlation here: people healthy enough to go some distance are sensible and don’t wear masks (like your husband and his friends). But those that go only short distances are scared and wear masks.
I only wear one in the store, in case I have it. I certainly don’t wear one outside; I would probably drop dead trying to exercise.
