To force a vaccine assumes that everyone is guilty of spreading in absence of any hearing.
Can they also take your DNA/blood sample forcibly just because you could be a serial killer and they need to know if you match missing persons case is with no leads?
And homosexuals are getting off the hook now with decriminalization of spreading aids knowingly.

The state will not require you take the vaccine. However, your employer, your medical insurers, the airlines, the hospitals, and many places of public accommodation very well may require that you be vaccinated.
Private businesses can turn away customers for any number of reasons.

What about its guarantee against forced searches and seizures?
I would argue that an invasion of a person’s body would qualify as a forced search, especially when it comes to the body. That’s incredibly personal. I really think the professor was wrong, though his massive ego will never let him admit it.
And please forgive me for any mistakes in my vague recollection of the Constitution. I finished law school over twenty years ago and haven’t practiced since then. I stayed home with my children instead. As you can imagine, the opportunity costs were enormous.
