The article may be right, but I have reason to be suspicious.
Here’s another article from 5/18/2020 with some information on the reactions. If this is what they are talking about, this is typical of vaccines which stimulate an immune response

He isn’t an anti-Vaxer as much as the media paints him to be. He points out the safety problems with many vaccines with no liability going against the manufacturer. He advocates for a safe number of vaccines.
