Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinsons son said he ha(s)nt even got the words following the death of his mother, Paddy Bowden.
Bowden, 58 who was estranged from Dickinson was found dead following a tragic accident in the couples £3 million former marital home in Chiswick, West London.
The former couples son, Austin Dickinson, wrote in a heartbreaking post on Instagram: By now, a lot of you have seen the news. My mum has tragically passed away. I havent even got the words to say right now and I ask for privacy and respect for myself and our family. [ ]
The Iron Maiden frontman, who was previously married to Jane Dickinson, tied the knot with Bowden, who was a psychotherapist by trade, in 1990 after dating for two years.
However, in November 2019, it was reported that the musician had quietly parted ways with the mother of his three children and was facing a multi-million pound divorce battle.
It was later revealed that Dickinson had moved out of the marital home to relocate to Paris after forming a relationship with the fitness teacher, journalist and fashion blogger Leana Dolci, who is thought to be in her 40s.

Do we know the cause? Was it OD or medical or ?
Another Covid-19 death.
Does anyone else here play Legacy Of The Beast?
I have been an Iron Maiden fan since I was a kid in the 1980s, but I really dont care about paparazzi stories.
He also flies jumbo jets as the pilot, not a passenger.
Same here, fan since the Killers album.
Played Legacy of the Beast for a few months. Soundtrack is awesome.
Ill have to check that out somehow missed it, own pretty much every other thing theyve ever done
Ive been playing the game for two years now, and am still enjoying it.
Right on! Ive been a devoted fan all these years too. There is no other metal band that has been consistently impressive as Iron Maiden for so long.
Agree
Ive seen them live twice in the last 10 or 12 years and even the last time youd have no idea how old they are they played so well
With all due respect, one thing that I didn’t like from that band was their sudden love affair with “guitar synthesizers” starting in the late 80s. Seemed to me to neuter their sound. They weren’t the only ones, of course.
Yeah, been playing for almost three years (been a fan since I scored backstage at Somewhere on Tour, 1/16/87).
This is sad to hear, and I feel for the family. To be honest, I don’t care about the details; deaths like this one should be private things.
He traded down.
Fortunately those days are gone. I saw him perform live last year - he used a Les Paul on almost everything...maybe a couple of songs using a Strat.
Totally my first thought.
I didn’t see this. I hope the family will be okay. Lost my dad in January and we’re still in denial about it, so I understand the pain of losing a parent fairly young.
