Dan Bongino has come up with a knock-your-socks-off theory about why Flynn’s December 29, 2016, telephone call with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak didn’t need unmasking. He also offers a surprising twist on the charging papers against Flynn, something that may expose the DOJ's con on the court.
A lot of people noticed something interesting in the newly released list showing Obama-era people unmasking Flynn communications: No one unmasked Flynn’s call with Kislyak. There were no unmaskings between December 28 and January 4. The next unmasking, on January 5, took place after Comey had admitted that he already knew about the Kislyak call and after Obama had been briefed about the call.
Andrew McCarthy believes that the call didn’t need to be unmasked because the CIA, not the FBI, spied on Flynn. Unlike the FBI, the CIA is not subject to FISA laws. Instead, it spies on people outside of the U.S. – and Flynn was in the Dominican Republican when he had the call with Kislyak.
That’s an excellent theory but here’s an equally intriguing one from Bongino:
Bongino explains that there are three ways for the FBI to spy on Americans: First, start a criminal investigation and seek a court order. Second, make an application to the FISA court, as the FBI did with Carter Page. Third, request an unmasking identifying Americans involved in captured communications with a foreigner.

Precisely right. If Flynn had been allowed to stay in place, the Russian collusion coup would’ve been stopped dead in its tracks.
Flynn’s setup was the insurance policy. Bongino nailed it.
That’s a good question.
The expulsion of Russian diplomats cemented the narrative by Obama/Brennan that Russia interfered in our election. It kicked off the effort to undermine Trump and excuse the HRC loss.
To this date, they have NEVER provided proof yet every democrat, republicrat, and media type repeat the lie as if it were as factual as the sun rising each day.
Where is the proof of this? Mueller did not find it. The indictment(s) against a troll farm were a complete joke. They were clickbait farmers putting pro-Hillary and pro-Trump stories out there. I would be willing to bet they did all kinds of clickbait. The Fox News website and others have tons of it - interesting picture with salacious or catchy headline to make you click.
We all need to back up and demand proof of Russian interference because they have NEVER shown it to us. Not once. China owns our media and many of our politicians. Their influence goes far beyond that of Russia, yet we hear nothing about Chinese interference.
HRC needed a boogieman to explain her loss. The Obama administration, DNC, and HRC campaign, in collusion with the deep state, manufactured Russians as the boogieman to undermine Trump and try to remove him from office.
The only Russian collusion that we know of was the opposition research produced by HRC and the DNC.
Mueller did not find it. Mueller did not have any proof of Russian interference. He refused to look at what the democrats did and only focused on Trump and those around him.
This would be a joke if it had not deprived a duly elected President of the full faculties of his office and put the nation into endless turmoil going into the 2018 election. On top of that, this lie has greatly harmed our diplomacy and relationship with the other world nuclear superpower. That seems dangerous doesn’t it?
If anyone is aware of genuine Russian interference please point it out to me because I have never seen it.
Even Bongino who claims to “do facts” repeats the lie.... 3 years later and NOBODY can point to a single legitimate thing that Russia did to interfere with our election?
I don’t know, it’s kind of weird since earlier in the year there were the deaths of American tourists there.

We now know quite a bit about what the FBI did to push the coup attempt and the disinformation campaign.
We still know very little about what our intelligence agencies and the state department did to further the coup.
If Flynn had been in command of the intel agencies we would know much more. Pompeo has been a big disappointment to me in that he has done little to uncover the malfeasance by the state department in furthering the plot and we know they were also involved.
He would make a great new FBI Director.
Obamagate will have a long lost of names and what they were hiding in some very shady dealings and not just with Trump.
Going to be a fun show and a long one sparky gets dusted off.

His topic was how did they get Flynn’s audio with the Russian?
Although many of Flynn’s calls were “unmasked”, this particular
call from the Russian was not “unmasked”. As there are no
masking request for this call.
There was no FISA Warrant and no criminal warrant..
His conclusion is that Obama himself ordered the taping
of that call.
