Most everyone I speak to readily understands it isn’t a “Hoax” in that it speedily infects people and some people get really sick from the complications of being infected.
What most of us see as a hoax is the utilization of it as a tool by the Left to advance their goals under the guise of keeping us “safe”.
Conservatives feel that it is not worth it to destroy our economy and the futures of today’s children and the world in general to save “X” number of lives.
Obviously, if this had a mortality rate like the Black Death which was around 40%, you wouldn’t be hearing any protests.
But it doesn’t have that mortality rate.
And we DO make value judgments about human life. We do it ALL THE TIME. And conservatives don’t believe in general that we should plunge the world into depression and destroy the futures of people to save the number of people who would be expected to die from the virus.

He never thought it didn’t exist but he thought that the reaction was overblown.
Certainly the media has flipflopped too. They were reluctant to give up their events.
The completed their awards season and then it was okay to shut everything down.
And this story is a fake, as in Life long Republican realizes how dangerous Trump is and becomes democrat. Same story line same bull SH*T.
CV-19 is a dangerous flu similar to the others that are roaming around. I get a flu shot each year know that it is probably only effective 30% of the time. But this shut down is incredibly bad, a false path, and really really stupid.
