Banned as in what?

The FDA has allowed its use in a hospital setting. Does Oregon ban even that?

The FDA allowed off label use. Some states (Nebraska?) are allowing doctors to prescribe it to patients first showing Wu flu symptoms or positive test. Oregon governor banned all but in hospital. The hospitals were given money to use Remisdivr. To my knowledge, no hospitals are even using HCQ. When the governor threatened the Drs. and pharmacists they apparently took the hint.
