The article does not give any evidence at all that wearing a face mask causes the virus to enter the brain. It is one anti- mask doctor’s speculation.
The linked article within the article discusses patients with neurological symptoms but does not say that any of them were wearing masks. The elderly patients were unlikely to have been.
There is also a link to an article claiming that universal masking dropped Austria’s new infections by 90%. That would reduce neurological damage by a similar factor, unless you can point to a significant uptick in neuro problems there.

You do know that the virus can enter through the eyes...and wearing glasses won’t protect you, unless they are sealed goggles.
