Were do bad cops come from?

According to Dr. Clarissa Cole, in her personal experience fully 50% of the would-be cops she gave a pre-employment psych eval to and FAILED were hired anyway.

Simple fix: Hold the hiring manager who violated the rules (thereby losing sovereign immunity) fully criminally and civilly liable for any crimes and civil rights violation the psychopath they, personally, hired commits.

Break them, destroy their rights, seize all the finances and property. Do it VERY publicly.

Word will quickly get around that doing the equivalent of throwing a rattlesnake into a kindergarten is a bad, bad idea...

That would be putting a LOT of trust in (what I consider) a sham profession, though. Shrinks seldom seem to get anything right.
