Dogs are our partners and we help them as they help us through our own portions of life.
They are a gift.
I know but I’m not as young as I once was, the wife has allergies to them, just not feasible.
I got through three months without a dog after my golden lab cross died. Then game over. Resucued one blue healer, then bought a border collie/ kelpie cross. Miss my last dogs? You can bet your ass. I have to have them around, I love them and they love me. It’s what me and the kids do. Sorry for Mr Levin but there’s a youngster that needs a friend.
