That is correct. This contract is not for that tech level.
This is just the initial rollout, to get the people used to the idea that their identity, and vaccination status, and civil cooperation level are enabled via coming global vaccination database tracking. Just like it is in China.
The Quantum Dot Tattoos, nano-bots and micro-tags probably won't come until it's too late to say no, as this simple database concept is just the enabling technology for all that comes later.
But it will be totally private, no corruptocrats will ever misuse it, it will only have vaccination info and not any other information linked to it, and it won't evolve into what China has already... Right?
It will never have anything to do with where you can go, when you can go there, or who you can go there with, or what you can buy or sell when you get there, right?
