It’s all about the number of dollars they’ll get if it’s COVID!!! We’ve heard of one also and hospital refused to change real reason for death.
I believe not much anymore as when you follow the money trail it leads to the depth of the lies. Shame on us for being so deceptive on as much as we can.

It will take 2-3 years for Medicare to audit as they are behind. I retired in the field of Hospital Reimbursement and dealt yearly with Medicare auditors.
Good field to get into “coding”.
