By definition, average IQ is 100, her claim of 99 is pretty much an immeasurable difference. Now, as to President Trump’s IQ—I have no idea, but common sense says that low IQ people don’t tend to be, and more importantly, stay rich. But this is typical of the left. Anyone who disagrees is not only immoral, but they’re dumb as well.

They loved to mock how dumb George W. Bush was/is. The man flew single-seat jets. Doesn’t make him a good President, but he just can’t be “dumb”.

That’s how the tests are designed. Saying that the average is 99 is utterly meaningless, because the scoring is designed to set the average at 100 (mathematical average)

When some fool starts touting IQ in a shallow context such as this, you can be sure you are listening to someone as clueless as they get. IQ is an almost anecdotal measure of intelligence assessment, not a quantitative value, like barometric pressure or temperature. Add to that the obvious meaning of such a pronouncement: that Lori Petty does not care what is true or real, if she can insult the majority of Americans, and get a laugh.

Well, the laugh is on her, as she is an airhead at best.
