Life has to go on, and if this power grab scam works to get us to surrender our rights, then our republic is indeed in peril because they (the left) will use such tactics in the future.
The key is to see how the left has changed the goal posts, first to stop the rise in increase, then to level if off, then to decrease the total cases,, still not enough. Then their intentions are in question...
We must ‘shelter in place’ ,,, at our expense. This dictation by declaring emergency will go on forever if we let it. In Michigan it may get to the point of critical mass... Why have laws and a state senate to make them if the governor can just rule by decree? At that point why have a constitution?
Americans don’t live like this. I predict the modern version of the Speak Easy to start opening up in defiance of these bastards. And If we don’t limit this, like government powers SHOULD be divided, then instead of government fighting among themselves,,, the government will be fighting the people eventually. The law enforcement, at that point, are then just soldiers of the dictator, if they obey their master.
So what can’t hurt and may help with over the counter that might help prevent this I will,. Kind of like when I take vitamins and quit smoking, and to be an adult is to accept that there are risks, and no guarantees in life.
